Our customers are our highest priority here at OSAAP, and it breaks our hearts when we cannot deliver in our usual timely manner.

The reason for delays can be found below:

• Our office is currently under construction, but we expect our lead times to return to normal when the construction is complete.

• Our foam manufacturers have had a hard time meeting demand because of missing resources and delayed shipments.

• Shipping all around the world is having increasing delays because of minimal staff and resources.
