PlasticCore®
OSAAP PlasticCore® is a versatile multi-color, engravable, high-density, polyethylene sheet, with multiple layers of contrasting colors. This superior homogeneous sheet is a product of a unique, state-of-the-art, continuous process called Polyfusion, and manufactured to the highest standards in the industry.
PlasticCore® has a matte finish on both sides of the sheet, and it is environmentally stabilized to withstand the harshest outdoor conditions. It is made with a high-impact-resistant polymer to handle more abuse than conventional sign materials, and it will not rust, delaminate, or rot when exposed to UV, humidity, or water.
Its thin cap layers and bright primary colors make it ideal for signage, marine, playground, and recreational applications. The polymer sheet never needs painting or refinishing and the material is easy to engrave and machine, as the cap is approximately .050″ thick.

PlasticCore® is FDA approved and most commonly used with medical instruments. This material choice has no FOD and can be easily disinfected.
We offer PlasticCore® in four different color variations. The standard material comes in Red/Black, Yellow/Black and Blue/White. We also offer a PlasticClean® ESD variation that is all black.

PlasticClean® ESD
OSAAP PlasticClean® ESD Material protects against electrical charge build-up on wear surfaces. PlastiClean ESD is the ideal material to use in electronics manufacturing. It also protects expensive robotic and conveyor equipment that is sensitive to electrical charge build-up. (10^5 to 10^9 surface resistivity ohm/square). PlasticClean® ESD meets the top end of the conductive range and most of the static dissipative range of ESD material categories.
