Using OSAAP's free Blue Shadow design software, items can be captured from a photograph taken on an OSAAP Light Panel and quickly incorporated into a custom layout. This scan-based workflow can significantly reduce the amount of time required to create tool outlines compared with traditional design methods.

Arrange your items in Blue Shadow and save the resulting .bord design file.
Purchase & Submit Your Files
Purchase one $35 conversion license per board design. Submit your .bord files for conversion, with a maximum of 10 files per email.
Manufacture In-House
Receive your converted .dxf files and use them with your existing manufacturing equipment and CAD/CAM workflow.
Simple, Per-Design File Conversion
Each $35 File Conversion License covers the conversion of one individual board design from OSAAP's proprietary .bord format into a .dxf file. If you need multiple designs converted, simply purchase one license for each design. You may submit up to 10 .bord files per email, but each file requires its own conversion license.

Need Custom NC Code?
OSAAP can also develop custom NC code output for your specific milling, laser, waterjet, or other manufacturing equipment. Initial development requires a one-time setup fee based on the complexity of your process. Once your custom output has been developed, you can continue purchasing conversion licenses as needed for future files.
